- Sell Maid Right services by phone to potential customers
- Schedule estimates
- Make back-marketing phone calls to re-engage customers
- Increase the customer base to meet monthly standards
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Document and maintain all incoming calls from prospective customers and overall master records
- Send thank you and/or welcome letters to franchisee prospects and after estimates
- Phone, computer and communication and organizational skills
- Sales and customer service experience
- Able to work regular office hours
- Eligible to be employed in the U.S.
- Must be bondable; requires passing a criminal background check
- Insured for employee dishonesty; history void of dishonest, criminal, felonious acts or convictions
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the Maid Right image
- Attendance and participation in all staff meetings
- Abide by all rules, regulations, and policies
